Fiona Tsang, born and raised in NYC, is an Asian-American dancer, choreographer, educator, and the author of Mama Vo’s Bánh Xèo. She received a B.A. in both dance and childhood education at Hunter College. She was a recipient of the Dorothy Vislocky Award, Grace and Marie Schut Graduate Scholarship, and Chair’s Award for Dance. Her stage credits include the honor of dancing with J CHEN PROJECT, En Garde Arts, Janice Rosario, Doug Varone, Queensboro Dance Festival and in the 16th Amalgamate Artist Series. Fiona’s work has been showcased in the 2019 DanceNYC Symposium, NYS Dance Education Association, CrossCurrent Contemporary Dance Virtual Festival, Versatility Dance Festival, and We Belong Here: AAPI Festival.
